Our Story
Space Spots XL Storage opened in Lancaster, CA in 2007 with a straightforward idea: give Antelope Valley residents and businesses access to real storage space at fair prices, without the corporate fees and gimmicks that come with the big chains.
We chose container storage because it works. Ground-level, drive-up, steel construction — no elevators to wait for, no narrow hallways to navigate, no climate-control upsells you don't need. Just open the door, drive up, and load.
Nearly two decades later, we're still at the same location at 427 West Avenue G in Lancaster, still locally owned, and still serving the same community we started with — plus thousands of new neighbors across the Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita, and beyond.

The rate you see is the rate you pay. No admin fees, no lock fees, no surprise charges on your first bill.
Real space
Our smallest unit is 150 sq ft. Our largest is 343 sq ft with 3,055 cubic feet of volume. We don't sell 5x5 closets.
Flexible terms
Month-to-month leases only. No 6-month minimums, no penalties for leaving early.

The Facility
Our facility at 427 West Avenue G in Lancaster sits on a large, well-maintained outdoor lot with rows of 20ft, 40ft, and 45ft steel container units. Every unit is ground level with direct vehicle access — pull your truck or trailer right to the door.
The property is secured with electronic gate access and monitored with live sensor surveillance. We also offer container sales and transportation services for customers who need a unit delivered to their property.
