The following items are strictly prohibited from storage at Space Spots XL Storage: inflammable or explosive materials, bottled, canned, or barreled liquids, chemicals, paints, oils, tires, bulk mattresses, box springs, appliances, electronics, or any refuse, waste, or materials requiring special disposal. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your rental agreement and legal action.
Keep Lancaster Clean
It is illegal under California State law to utilize a storage facility for the purpose of disposing of or dumping any form of refuse, waste, unwanted trash, or materials that require special disposal. Space Spots is an environmental sponsor in the Lancaster area. In the event of malicious dumping, Space Spots will prosecute and pursue damages to the fullest extent of the law.
